Michael has been with Prime West since 2016 as Senior Vice President of Development. He oversees the execution of the firm’s development projects – from concept through design, budgeting, construction, leasing, closeout and disposition. Michael’s experience includes project types such as mixed-use multi-tenant office developments as well as build-to-suit, tenant build-out, retail, hotel and multi-family.

Michael’s Background
Michael’s previous experience includes nearly 25 years working in architecture and development for firms such as OZ Architecture and Opus Architecture and Development. Michael received a B.A. from Texas Christian University, and an M. Arch from Texas A&M University. He is a licensed architect in Colorado and Arizona (inactive) and when not working, he can be found with his wife and 2 boys enjoying travel and the Colorado lifestyle.
