Brie joined Prime West in 2020 as Director of Property Management. She is responsible for overseeing business development and driving the success of the property management department by implementing and creating property management policies, administration, and personnel. Brie’s expertise includes client and tenant relations, creative problem solving, budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management, and financial reporting.

Background
Brie’s Background
Prior to joining Prime West, Brie led the Newmark Knight Frank property management department team in Denver as their Associate Director and held numerous positions within Newmark prior to that role. She led a 40+ person team and oversaw 5 MM square feet.
Brie received a Masters of curriculum and instruction from Denver University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pepperdine University. Additionally, she is licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Broker. When she is not at work, she is spending time with family or taking off on camping trips throughout the state, hiking, running, snowshoeing, or snowboarding.
