Prime West Companies was established in February, 1981, consisting of Prime West Development, Inc. and Prime West Real Estate Services, Inc. Since that time, Prime West has developed, renovated or acquired over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate in Colorado . Additionally, our current management portfolio consists of approximately 2.2 million square feet of industrial, office, research and development, office/warehouse and retail properties in the Front Range of Colorado.

Prime West has previously been awarded the designation of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Developer of the Year in Colorado.  As a result of our concentration being solely on the Colorado market, Prime West is a very well-known and highly respected company throughout the state.
